Previously, she led Product Innovation and Experimentation at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP, driving customer experience improvements through innovation and A/B testing. Kristina also spent 3 years at Accenture, guiding global companies in Agile transformations. Her experience includes embedding innovation, championing cultural change, and leading successful new ventures and product development.
