Stage 1
Fortune Global 500 company JD.com entered the European market in March 2026 with its platform Joybuy. The launch covers six markets and introduces the 'Double 11' logistical standard to Europe. By maintaining full control over the supply chain, the platform guarantees same-day delivery: orders placed before 11:00 AM are delivered the same day, while orders before 11:00 PM arrive the next day.
Joybuy builds on two decades of experience and a global reach of 700 million consumers. Instead of relying on external partners, the parent company invests in proprietary distribution channels to ensure the promised speed and quality. This strategy of local execution, backed by the scale of a Nasdaq-listed corporation, provides a factual alternative to existing logistical models in the saturated European e-commerce landscape.
